Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

Nikvia LLC provides technical consulting, including cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and automation. Each engagement is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW). Our findings are based on the state of the infrastructure at the time of the assessment.

2. No Warranty

While we apply industry-standard expertise, technology and security threats evolve rapidly. Nikvia LLC provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees that our assessments will identify every possible vulnerability or that our automation solutions will be error-free in all future scenarios.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikvia LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, service interruption, or security breaches) arising from or related to our services or recommendations.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and infrastructure. Nikvia LLC's assessments are performed with the understanding that the client has authorized testing on the target systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, roadmaps, and custom code provided to the client are for their internal use. Nikvia LLC retains the rights to its proprietary tools and methodologies.
